• OfferUp platform outages or errors

• Payment processing conducted by OfferUp

6. Delivery Terms (White-Glove Service)

A. Delivery Scope

"White-glove delivery” means scheduled delivery to your room of choice. Unpacking, and assembly not included.

• In-home placement

• Basic assembly (not included but available at company discretion and may incur additional fees.)

• Removal of packaging (not included but available at company discretion and may incur additional fees.)

B. Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring adequate access (stairs, elevators, doorways must be noted at time of order)

• Clearing delivery pathways

• Confirming measurements prior to purchase

C. Delivery Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule delivery if:

• Access is unsafe or obstructed

• Property conditions pose risk

• Customer is unavailable at the scheduled time

Additional fees may apply for redelivery.
