Warranty Statement

ONLINEFURNITUREBROKER.COM – LIMITED WARRANTY & DELIVERY CLAIMS POLICY

(Effective Date: January 2, 2026)

1) Definitions

  • “We,” “us,” “our” means OnlineFurnitureBroker.com (“OFB”).

  • “Product” means furniture and/or cabinets purchased through OFB.

  • “Manufacturer” means the brand or factory that produced the Product.

  • “White-glove delivery” means scheduled delivery to your room of choice, unpacking, and assembly not included.

2) Delivery Damage & Missing Parts (Short Window)

A) Concealed damage / missing hardware or parts: Must be reported to OFB within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.

Reports must include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. Claims submitted after the above windows may be denied.

3) OFB White-Glove Workmanship Warranty (Service Warranty)

OFB warrants that our assembly/installation workmanship (if performed by our team) will be free from material defects in workmanship for 30 days from the delivery date (“Workmanship Warranty”).
If we confirm an OFB-caused workmanship issue within this period, we will, at our option:

  • repair the workmanship issue, or

  • re-perform the affected service.

This Workmanship Warranty does not cover product defects, normal wear, customer damage, floor/wall damage due to pre-existing conditions, or issues caused by moving/reassembly performed by anyone other than OFB.

4) Manufacturer’s Limited Product Warranty (Product Warranty)

Most Products are covered by a Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty for defects in materials and workmanship, typically one (1) year from the delivery date, unless the Manufacturer provides a different written warranty term.

OFB is a reseller and does not manufacture Products. All Product Warranty coverage is provided by the Manufacturer.
When a valid Product Warranty issue is reported, OFB will assist you by coordinating with the Manufacturer for replacement parts, repair authorization, or other remedies offered under the Manufacturer’s warranty terms.

5) What Is Not Covered (Common Exclusions)

Unless required by applicable law, the following are not covered:

  • normal wear and tear (including softening of cushions/foam, minor settling, or fabric pilling),

  • natural variations in wood grain/color, knots, and texture; or slight color differences due to lighting/monitor settings,

  • damage from misuse, accidents, pets, stains, heat, water, humidity, improper cleaning products, or exposure to outdoor elements (unless specifically rated for outdoor use),

  • damage caused by moving, relocation, or reassembly by anyone other than OFB,

  • customer-provided measurements or fit issues (doorways, stairs, elevators, tight turns) not disclosed before delivery,

  • commercial use (unless the Manufacturer explicitly allows it in writing).

6) Remedies and Limits

If a claim is approved, remedies are limited to (as applicable):

  • replacement parts,

  • repair, or

  • replacement of the item (when available and authorized).

OFB is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages (such as loss of use, time, or inconvenience) to the extent permitted by law.

7) How to Submit a Claim

Please keep all original packaging until your claim is resolved.
